Now you can add our “Word of the Day” gadget to your Google Home page or your website.
The number inside the “Word of the Day” gadget also indicates the ranking (popularity) of the word’s appearance in Chinese publications. To suit users of different levels and learning needs, we have created four gadgets with words that are ranked 1000 apart. Beginners can use the basic level gadget, while advanced students can use our level IV gadget. We have placed part of the vocabulary list on our Word Rank page and update it periodically. We use Google hosting service for these gadgets. This service provides the ability to embed the gadget on your website at no cost to you. Almost any website that supports javascript can use this embedded feature. You have the option to either embed the gadget on a website or add it to your iGoogle page.
Embed Gadget on Your Website
To add the gadget for your website, you need to generate a small piece of HTML code and place it on your website. Please click on one of the following links to generate desired HTML code:
