Excellent site! Searching for bopomofo tools I found the Zhuyin Index Table and Word List, then I check out the site and I found it pretty useful, specially cuz this is one of the few sites that uses bopomofo.
How do you do the mouse on thing that shows pinyin and bopomofo? I want something like that for my site, which also uses bopomofo: http://taiwan.atashi-anta.net

The function you mentioned is done with javascript code that is written by Ozytek. You may find something similar on a javascript tool book.
